Implement and support HxGN EAM solutions, focusing on Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory Management, GIS, Preventative Maintenance, Planning, and Procurement | Lead functional requirements definition processes and translate them into effective system designs | Develop job plans and workflow procedures to enhance asset and work management lifecycle
Qualifications:
HxGN (Infor) EAM 11+ Certificate or equivalent training | 2+ years of experience in Work and Asset Management implementation projects | 3+ years of experience evaluating and documenting business workflows and integration strategies | Willingness to travel within Canada and/or the US | Eligibility to work in Canada is mandatory
Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of Infor LN ERP software, including data migration, system configuration, training, software testing, and support | Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of ERP LN | Analyze business processes and convert them into clear process models and documentation | Lead workshops to gather requirements and develop use cases and training materials
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Infor LN, particularly in Manufacturing and Distribution; Finance knowledge is an asset | Experience in gathering requirements and preparing business documentation | Proficiency in SQL queries and report development tools such as MS SQL SSRS, PowerBI, and Cognos | Project Management experience; PMP certification is a plus | Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint | Eligibility to work in Canada and travel to the US
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to create, distribute, and analyze operational and financial reports | Provide analysis and recommendations for process improvements | Act as the system administrator and subject matter expert for the Baan ERP and other business systems | Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure through direct support and partner relationships
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in Baan ERP | Proficiency in database querying; experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus | Understanding of manufacturing operations | Experience with Baan administration and training | Proficiency with ERP Systems and Crystal Reports is a plus | Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users | Self-starter with the ability to lead processes and resolve issues independently
Responsibilities:
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Infor Birst | Gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions | Integrate and model data from multiple sources | Support users and ensure data accuracy | Recommend improvements based on BI best practices
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Infor Birst, BI or data analysis | Strong skills in Infor Birst and SQL | Experience with data modeling and visualization | Excellent analytical and communication skills | Knowledge of additional BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset

We are looking for a Python Programmer ( DevOps) to join User One development team to assist with designing and developing the new startup app and web solution. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with both software development, Linux shell scripting and cloud-based solutions.

· Manage the full release cycle of products
· Build product packages and test prior to deployment

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI designer to execute, facilitate, and analyze research and data – carrying the visual execution of startup products and vision over the digital and social marketing.
We’re looking for someone with fantastic communication and collaboration skills to work closely with stakeholders. You should be well versed in information architecture and able to create designs that support usability and findability. You should be able to validate your UX decisions and see through the UI design as we launch the startup brand.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering the best online and app user experiences, which makes your role extremely important for our growth and success as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Present design solutions that solve user interface problems and communicate how the success will be measured against anticipated outcomes.
· Working with the Marketing Design and Marketing Operations team to develop interface specifications, brand guidelines and functionality documents.
· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business objectives, customers, prospects, product portfolio, and competition – by conducting or participating in relevant user research, competitive analysis, and other design thinking activities.
· Be a supporter, advisor and collaborator to the technology and creative team’s processes, being called upon to both enhance the design and satisfy functional requirements.
· Take data and learnings to improve performance of app pages, forms, web pages, and the rest of our app to deliver the best UX/UI solutions.
What You Should Have
· Ability to clearly rationalize changes and articulate decisions in both writing and in presentations through supporting research, testing data and best practice heuristics.
